Question: Why did the people turn on you the way they did? They welcomed you with so much fanfare (Palm Sunday) then within a short period of time they viewed you as being worse than a heinous criminal.
God’s answer:
The mal-educated are easily swayed. Nothing has
changed.
Meaning: Perverse means: “contrary to what is right or good; wicked or depraved”27 Mal-educated means “anyone who mistakes 'drive-by journalism' and slanted newscasts for the unbridled truth."28 Nothing has changed means this statement holds true even now. God also gave me the phrase lynch mob mentality and false accusations.
Question: Who are the ones who become mal-educated?
God’s answer:
Those who love gossip.
Meaning: The phrase where there’s smoke, there’s fire means: “the very presence of a rumor means that something is afoot, even if not exactly what is rumored” 29; “proverb There’s always some reason for a rumor”.30
